Didn’t get NPP :( help
So I bought my 2016 SS used and it’s been the best decision so far. My only regret is that it didn’t have the NPP exhaust. What are some options to get the quad tip look? Personal experiences would be nice to hear.

No Problem...The NPP option is around 1K for the dealer, you can purchase an axle back exhaust that will sound better for the same price. Of course you won't have the valve option, but you will love the sound, as well as quad tips too, just replace your rear diffuser

Why would you buy a brand new npp exhaust, from the dealer for $1,000, when you can get a low mileage used one for < $100?

not a big deal unless you really want stealth mode you have a ton of aftermarket choices most are quad tips, just make sure you don't order one that requires you to have npp

I'm sure you could cut the existing exhaust openings so that they're wider, maybe have a shop do it so that it looks good and not like a hack job. A little planning ahead to make sure the cuts are the right size and you should be set. At that point you could buy either a full catback system or an axle back system. I have the MBRP and it's got a good sound, definitely louder and deeper than NPP. Mine came with NPP but I never really used the different loudness settings, I preferred it louder but the stock NPP wasn't loud enough, even in sport/track mode. NPP does sound good, don't get me wrong, but aftermarket options sound better for sure.

Thanks for all the input. I’ll be getting something real soon since it’s on the quite side for me.

Try the Solo Performance muffler delete with j-pipes to remove the drone! They just released them and on sale for around $650 http://youtu.be/LKsXWazyV0U
