Just made a move on the mod.. received my ikon zle bumper yesterday!!! and it is being painted at the shop now... however....

Does anybody have an instruction on how to assemble the ikon zl1 bumper?

There are two pieces, not sure where they go to...

maybe for the signature headlight?

and for the foam part, do they just replace the OEM foam or it can be installed WITH the oem foam?

Please share some info with me,,, thank you for your time and help in advance

I think you are right about the headlight pieces. From the photo, it appears they might fit on the opposite sides from where they are shown (with the narrow piece running to the upper outboard corner of the bumper cover). They should snap into the front of the headlight assemblies, if they attach like the stock pieces.

I'm about to post a video on replacing my upper and lower bumper grills which covers the disassembly of the bottom 2 pieces you have circled. May be useful to see once I post it if you'd like the link once I do so.

This was part 1 of the the carbon fiber zl1 1le front end conversion series I'm doing:



Part 2 is referencing the upper and lower grill, part 3 will be canards and fog light bezels, and part 4 will be 1le splitter and finishing things up I believe.
