Track = NCM Full
Elapsed Time = 2:19.769 Year / Model / Trim = 2017 SS 1LE Date = 6/13/21 Tires = OEM GY SC3 Mods = Ferodo SF fluid, DS1.11 pads, SS track brake cooling https://timetrials.scca.com/events/1...#event_scoring Not too bad of a result, especially considering how crap the weather was for good lap times. VERY HOT out and VERY HUMID out. The ENTIRE weekend. Man, everyone was exhausted. I tried my RT660's (275/315) during the practice sessions and like them a lot better than the SC3, even it being almost 100F out. I immediately noticed how much better they put down power and dealt with curbing. I actually set my fastest lap on them, not really even trying that hard, guessed-pressures and with only about 3 laps on them. I couldn't beat it until the last day. There's more to the circumstance of dropping time than that, but, still, it took me until slightly cooler, morning conditions to drop time. Makes me wonder how I would have done using the Falkens the rest of the event... Oh, and, I ended up running in Sport mode with everything off to get the car to feel more like it did running the Falkens and in calming the car down a bit better through curbing. |

Thanks! Ya, I'm not quite there yet...and the Cup2's were losing grip after 5 or 6 laps so didn't want to get too close to the limit in turns 4 and 8. I had a couple of laps that were spoiled at 10 which would have been in the 1:32's...next time

The car will feel a lot better hooked up because of less weight transfer. Cheers! EDIT: What size Cups2 F and R? |

Congrats Chris! Tremendous lap indeed! That's what happens when an 8 time Ontario Time Attack overall champion gets into an SS 1LE: makes me look slow lol
