super curious, have you been at sea level or atleast lower than 2,000 feet? If so, do you notice any difference in the way your car performs?

Interestingly enough I just measure this today. Computer told me 19.5 mpg. Real math told me 18.2 mpg. It's a 1LE with 1500 miles, so M6.

with only 3000 or so on our 2SS, we are getting 17 mixed. Also one must note that MPG sigficantly improves once motor breaks in which seems to be just past 15,000 on any GM V8 I have owned in the past 15 years. So I expect to see another 1.5-2.0 MPG improvment once broke in.

I have (CO -> KY -> MI -> CO). My wayward ponies come back at lower altitudes, the 93 octane probably helps as well, so there’s a noticeable increase in power (as felt by my in-seat dyno). However my mileage drops slightly too.

Although the mileage COULD possibly be attributable to a childish reaction on my part.

Nah!

Only at 1500 miles and I can peg 30.0 mpg on the highway at 60-65mph. One time I caught a draft behind a truck and hit 32-34 for like 30 miles. MPG is getting better as the motor breaks in. I'm actually amazed how good it is. If I'm having fun its more like 20-22mpg. But its so nice to know that, when you want to, you can sit back, hit the cruise control, and get better mileage than most crossovers out there. The trick is keeping your speed under 65. It's hard

Me as well (M6 and MPG) but I dig into it to get up to cruising speed.

18 when I go to lead foot mode. Else 20 to 25mpg depending on amount of city driving. Highway best with a bit of fun was 28.4 mpg.

Done 3000 miles in a month of ownership.

Net mpg was 23, over 3000 miles.

Just did a trip from Chicago to Pittsburgh and got a steady 30 on the highway running about 75 outside of construction zones. With a stopover near Cleveland for 2 days with mixed city driving averaged 28 for the trip. 2SS A8.

I snapped this earlier in the week. Averaged 21.1 mpg over the last 9,700 miles. Daily driven in Wisconsin so temps ranged from below zero to near 100 degrees F. Snow, rain and shine.

Hilltown driving, right around 27. Highway, 70-80mph and a couple faster blasts, 29-30.
91 octane, no 93 around here I'm aware of (yet)
Stay the hell out of cities, just don't think it smart a place to take a new Camaro. I got a "beater' for that; all scratched and dinged ricer for that! (given to me!)

There's some drug issues/break-ins around here lately, the cops are thick as flies around an outhouse--- so wouldn't pay to push things right now.

Wrong car but... you get my point. Either way I'll be increasing my mpg from what I currently get once I find my 1LE.

I have to try comparing what the display calculates verses a manual calculation of mileage. My 2004 Corvette was about 1.5 mpg off. I suspect so is my A8 SS. The display says 18-19 mpg mostly in town driving.

Took a trip to Michigan a couple weeks ago. 702.6 miles one way. We stopped maybe 3 times, once for gas. Averaged 25.9 @ 65 mph. It was raining the entire way.

I drive about 15K-17K miles a year, just not all with 1 vehicle. The camaro doesn't see rain or snow, so when there's a chance of that, she stays in the garage.
