No idea what Create Folder is
Thread Tools/Subscribe at the top of the thread. Also the UserCP (Control Panel) lets you set up some defaults.

Sorry about not getting to you sooner.
There are 3 ways to subscribe to threads, 2 are manual and 1 is automatic. The first manual way is by going to the to of the the thread and clicking the 'Thread Tools' drop down (its by the top right hand corner, by the 'Search' and 'Rate' drop downs). In there, you will see an option to subscribe to an individual thread. This lets you subscribe to a thread without replying to it. Alternatively, you can subscribe to a thread if you click the 'Go Advanced' for your reply (instead of just using the quick reply). There, if you scroll down below the 'Submit' and 'Preview' buttons, you'll see a section labelled 'Additional Options'. In about the middle of that, you should see 'Thread Subscription' Lastly, you can go into your UserCP (accessible through the menu bar near the top of the forum, roughly in the middle of it). Go there and on the left hand side in the 3rd group labelled 'Settings & Options', go to 'Edit Options'. In there, in the 2nd header 'Messaging & Notification' you should see 'Default Thread Subscription Mode'. Using this will automatically subscribe you to any thread that you post in (and send you either no, instant, daily, or weekly notifications). Please note that it will not retroactively change previous threads you have posted in. -DG
