I’m a union employee. This is coming in several industries over the next couple years as our contracts expire. Prepare for the worst.

I hope the same and want to see more jobs in the USA. Mexico doesn't stop traffic. Why give them our jobs.

I'm a Teamster at UPS and I have feeling the new union President will not hesitate on a strike vote if the negotiations don't deliver what he's going to being asking for.

Yeah...because we have to pay their union dues just so they don't have to work and cry about everything.

Do the cars that come from mexico cost less? Nope! Not the Unions fault
You do realize management makes more than the Union employees and get at least 4 performance bonuses a year!

I never got 4 performance bonuses a year. Just one.

And you know the represented employees get pretty decent profit sharing as well……once per year.

But also not clear why anyone cares their car comes from Mexico. If Walmart loving Americans had their way EVERYTHING would come from China. Pick on GM? Lol. Walmarts sales are wayyyyyyyy higher than GM and they aren’t paying $30 per hour with full benefits AND pensions WITH healthcare after retirement. So just suggesting anyone complaining about GM building cars in Mexico better not be shopping at Walmart.
