2011 bought new. Just hit 60k. Only issue was a dead battery after i went away for 2 weeks. Still have half of my brake pad tread as well... waiting for a steal on some brembos.

Not a single problem so far, no dealers over here, and a very few local garages who wil put their hands on a us car.
So i cant afford failures
Sad part about that is, US cars are far easier to work on. I refuse to work on an over-engineered over-complicated German piece of crap. Yeah, "German engineering" is a method of over complicating things to the point they are nearly useless and highly unreliable.

Agree this. My company-owned car (BMW320) has no dipstick to check the oil - insane! I'm an engineer and there's something reassuring about pulling a dipstick, rubbing the oil between finger and thumb and having a sniff. Has godawfully uncomfortrtable seats too. Don't even get me started about the 'useful stop-start function'.....

Most European cars lost their funfactor and traded it in for boring and complicated, "economic" green cars overloaded with electronics and sensors completed with a 1 ltr 3 cylinder turbo engine😕
Hope i ride my Camaro for a lot of years!👍

2014 with just about 23k and no issues so far. Some people seem to be confusing basic maintenance as an issue.
I know a guy with a 2010 SS with 100k and he drives it like he stole it. Besides the basic maintenance, he's also had 0 problems.

Love these LS3 Camaro's!!

Mobil 1. Don't think it was the oil, but maybe bad gas?

Whatever it was, its behind me over 17k miles and the car feels great. Idles smooth... and I continue to listen and feel for abnormalities, all good so far.

I should mention other little things, like my starter going south about 8k miles ago. The car just began to crank slower and slower until I replaced it. An exhaust leak after I installed the headers... had to get better gaskets where they met the hi flo cats. Beyond that, I am very happy with my car still, and hope to be for a long while longer. When this engine finally does go, I'm thinking LS7 or something...

45k miles and... 3 turn signal bulbs and the power steering pump went out requiring replacement of that plus the whole rack and pinion around 35k.

Had her a little over a year now and the only issues I have had so far these last 4 months is the throttle body and the service stabilitrak issue that I can't seem to figure out. The issue comes and goes.

Double check your MAF. Either clean it or get a new one. Also check the connectors. When I was installing my VMAX I accidentally left my MAF disconnected, and sure enough got the stabilitrack message.

Knuckle head move... but as soon as I plugged it back in, all was well. Good luck with your issue.

Overall this has been surprisingly positive. I'm always reading threads about engines blowing up or oil pressure dropping and none of that has come up yet that I've seen. Makes you feel a little better about our awesome rides with the positive feedback.

2014 SS M6 (31k to this day)
1. ABS harness snapped due to hard shifts.
2. Rear passenger turn signal light went out at 28k.

Pretty good so far!
