We're supposed to have cats, but we also don't have parking garages and the towns that do usually have stricter emissions, like Austin and DFW area.

Best one yet was an older guy in a badass Challenger on the 15fwy... asked me to roll my window down, then said 'that is one of the best looking Camaro's I've ever seen'... was a bit in shock as his ride was no slouch, all that came out of my mouth was - thank you! I look back and I should have said the same about his...

It basically means "that's awesome".

Yesterday I ordered a 14 oz. Sirloin for take out from Outback. Kid comes out with my order and says "Hello. That's a beautiful Camaro. I would love to have a Camaro convertible." I hope he'll be able to afford one, one day. Just makes you appreciate what you have, in a humble sort of way.

Most are asking if I have to set off the proximity alarms on all the other cars if it's an indoor parking garage.

We usually take my wife's car on trips, Tarus, lots more room. So she doesn't ride with me all that much. Coming back from Camaro Fest this year she noticed the passenger in a car going by taking a picture of our car. She thought it was odd, I said it happens more than you would think. About 15 minutes later a guy in a Fiat pull up on her side waving frantically and mouths, "love your car." She loved it.

I heard nothing but compliments too. One kid saw one in the local mall. Mine was parked outside and he saw it and lit up!

I had a couple boys, probably twins, walk out of King Soopers (Krogers here) stop with there Mom in tow pushing the cart and stare, one pointing... Mom wasn't to amused. I waved.

The line I get the most is:

What a beautiful effin car!

The look on the faces of people that have never seen one in person up close is priceless.
