Back to testing today, Filled the tank with 93 octane, Ethanol content dropped to 25% and the numbers are 649 RWHP 651 RWTQ at 7.4 psi boost.

Changed out the wastegate spring back to 7 psi springs, 685 RWHP 688 RWTQ at 9.4 psi boost..

Now on to Street tuning the trans this afternoon.

I watched Ted's live Facebook feed of some street tuning with this setup today. Hellion blew it out of the water with this kit. The power feed in looked to be as smooth as butter and OMG does it blow thru the gears of the automatic and freight train. I also had the pleasure of speaking to Ted today great guy I appreciate your time on the phone.

The video does it no justice, this is THE FASTEST Gen 6 I have ever Driven by a lot, with the 8 speed auto it is a marriage made in Heaven.

It has Endless pull.

The I84 traffic did not seem to do the car justice. Looks like you could have gone from Waterbury to Danbury in 10 minutes

That is how I feel. You see people question the extra expense and complexity of a turbo set up. I suspect they just haven’t been in a well tuned v8 turbo car.

With a very similar turbo set up I just dynoed 624rwhp at 5.2psi and 700rwhp at just 8psi and this was on a stingy mustang dyno.

I absolutely agree.

As a consumer you can't just look at How much HP am I going to get and how much does the system cost.

We need to look at how much power Per LB of boost can I make.

The fuel system is the Key to unlocking the potential of any Forced induction solution.

I can't wait to do one with the LPE fuel system parts, my cam and Hellion system on a forged internal LT-1, Can you say 1200?

I called you the other day and those were my sentiments about the overhead you have left gaining more power as you put better parts in. Once you nail this down entirely I hope you can offer the hellion system in some HP kits to purchase. I'm on board for this system after reading your comments and the potential of this kit with the proper parts list.

Hello Chris I can offer the kit in a wide variety of combinations, I have spent the last 3 weeks on the dyno dialing in different combinations.

Ted, have you heard the turbos with the HLX "screamer" housing that Hellion is offering as an upgrade? I want the turbos to scream!

Customer called after having the car for a few weeks and he could not be happier with the outcome of this Hellion Twin turbo system and JRE installation and tuning.

The system was a total success and I am so impressed it changed my feelings about turbos forever.
