Curious about vast difference in plug color

So I am in the midst of doing a s/c install on my 1SS1LE, and as advised by my tuner I am switching to heat range 7 plugs.

After completing the work - while I was getting ready to throw the stockers in the recycling - I noticed there is a vast difference in color from one plug to the next.

Is this the multi-cylinder condition? Or is it looking to me like one plug is running significantly richer than the other? I am also so surprised how fouled they look for only having 5000 miles on them.

About the car - 4300miles / manual
Oil changed at 100 miles, 500 miles and 1000 miles. Car has had a Elite E2 can on it since it had 150 miles on it (intake has zero oil residue in it). Car had a RotoFab and BDX tuner on it prior (with canned map)

Thoughts?

Strange. Probably has something to do with that canned map. I just checked mine last month. 7k, self tuned on hptuners, Intake and header and mine didnt look like that. Clean burn and all even

The very tip looks clean and not fouled to me. I try not to read plugs unless they are fresh from a pass.

One plug looks good, the other 3 look a little too rich on those cylinders.
