Ok so I'm already taking my car to the dealer tomorrow and this issue happened tonight so I'm not too worried as it'll be in tomorrow, but I am still curious..

Randomly, my steering wheel only seems to steer if I am driving. It will not steer at all if I am at a complete stop.
I am assuming this is a power steering issue but I am no expert so I'm asking if anyone has any suggestions and it has had a similar experience.
