Frozen Polished I do not believe is a option for the Flow Form wheels.

Like Paul mentions below though, we can do Frozen Stone finishes which use the same transparent powdercoat colors, but the effect underneath instead of being polished is our stone effect.

I've got some examples of that finish here - https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showp...&postcount=122

I see... stone looks all right, but I really like how smooth that frozen polished finish looks. I guess the cast metal is too porous and/or uneven to actually look like that :(

Bingo. We've tested it a few times and it never comes out looking perfect, so because of that we don't offer it. If it's not up to HRE standards which are really strict, then we just don't offer it.

HRE standards are strict trust me.

I didn’t shave once and walked in there the inspector rejected my quality and sent me back to shave. LOL

All jokes aside their polished frozen is amazing. By their stone has some serious attitude as well.

Keeping it Classy with Lethal Camaro. With about 747hp and 614 ft-lb of torque, this 2016 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS has made a name for itself: Lethal Camaro. In addition to the massive power output, this Camaro now has a set of FF04 FlowForm wheels in IPA to top it off!

20" FF04's in our IPA finish for your viewing pleasure.

20x10 ET23 fronts with 20x11 ET43 rears. WE recommend 285/30/20 and 305/30/20 tires with that set up.

We followed a set of HRE RS309 Wheels in production and took some photos during the process. *

Rim parts are pulled, forgings are lathed, and everything is placed onto a cart so we can keep track of their progress.

What you see below is so we can limit how much mass the wheel has. *More pockets, less weight! *

Center Forgings jump onto our Horizontal mills to get their design cut

Now we start the process of de-burring the wheel, smoothing it out and then getting that into our polisher!

Onto Polishing!

Nice and shiny!!

After we clean up the centers after their polishing, we bring them over to powdercoat

Out from powder! *First stage of powdercoat is shot, second stage will be the Satin Clear Coat to turn this into our Frozen Polished Bronze finish

Second stage of powder is applied and now you can see they're Satin in this photo

Assembly starting. *First things first, remove the cover on the backpad. *Backpads should never be powdercoated as that alters the offset which was machined. *

Fasteners going in! *We're in the home stretch!

Blue tape on the lip to protect it from scratches.

And that's it! *We have a complete set of HRE RS309's! *Once it's all said and done, the Polished Bronze outer and that Frozen Polished Bronze center really work for each other. *We want to know what you think! *Here's the completed wheel!

Thanks for taking a look! *What do you think of the RS309? *You like our color combo choice?

Recently got my Forgestar F14's in gunmetal from Paul at PK. He was extremely helpful in helping me figure out what fitment I needed. 20x9.5 deep 285/30 front and 20x11 super deep 305/30 rear. On BMR springs with no rub or fitment issues.
