For future readers: just because it's not on the plugs doesn't mean it's not a leak. Coolant isn't in circulation when the car is off, or the piston could be all the way down so the coolant isn't anywhere near the plug. And if it's that full you'd probably hydrolock anyway.

White smoke and missing coolant: you have coolant getting where it shouldn't, end of story, list of failures is short.
