He has the LSA injectors as well and was making just a little over 500 and needed the BAP. The ZL1 bumps up the voltage to the pump to 14.5 volts and the fuel pressure to 450 KPA. I haven't tried this in the tune yet. Its possible that would get us some more room with the LSA injectors.

I don't see anything in those mods that would benefit from octane higher than 93.

cnc the heads and get the flow and compression up to match that cam.

I get 20MPG on the highway on E85@1.62 a gallon
I get 25MPG on the highway on 93@2.65 a gallon
you increase HP and Torque on E85......... Whats not to benefit? Come take a ride with me on 93 and then E85 you will see the difference.

For what its worth here, i just added a lot of mods. Whipple, Fore Triple pump setup, ID 1050X injectors, meth, etc. During the tune, just going from 93 to E85 produced a 60HP gain. You don't go E85 for fuel economy but if you do everything else to use it to its fullest, its definitely worth it.

I know the CTSV pumps are a touch better than the ZL1, guess they are more than a touch better. I'll find out in a week or two. I know of a couple of guys running my setup.

Sure boosted apps really benefit but n/a Not as much but still gain.

I understand how a BAP works and that the 1LE has the ZL1 pump. I just don't read sigs lol.

I run a mid 20s VVT AFM cam and e85-e100. Stock FPCM target 426 kPa using same stock NA injectors since new. FWIW I definitely would not change the entire character (spray angle and pattern) to the supercharged (ZL1) simply because of higher published IFR.
I get sustained 35 mpg highway / 27 mpg combined, 550 rpm idle - mainly transition dynamics, MAF and small pulse adjust.
At 14:1 BMEP peak meets LS9 but plateaus 2000 to 5900, not domed.
So how? Angle, pattern is stock per GM, but stock flex tables are either incomplete, stab in dark or back-to-front. Mainly flow and pressure delta requires work, 0 minimum off time, no extra pulse, no RPM timing offset only for IAT.
TL;DR when you tune for efficient high ethanol blending use the latest possible flex tables as a starting point. Don't trust the stock e38 extra / multiple pulse fuel model rather log EFI parameters and with incremental careful recalibration there's no need for boosting pump or using out-of-spec injectors.
Unless of course you are in a hurry, really don't care about efficiency and are looking for the highest HP @ WOT.

So what sensors are required and does anyone have P/Ns.
I have a LS3 with Z28 CAI and headers, Bo White S2 TB, and 1LE Dual modes with a Z28 dual modes in the wings. I'm thinking about the GPI rod mod intake with a insulator. Not looking for monster gains just something safe, dependable, and streetable.

I run zl1 pump and id850 with gpi ss4 cam and heads with higher compression. Will have to check my logs for duty cycle

E85 will make more power and way cheaper. $1.49 gallon vs $2.39. May not, make as much on N/A setup but every little bit helps
