Forgot to mention, still has an official GM limited (basically bumper to bumper) warranty through the CPO program.

Details of coverage below.

This car has ~200 more horsepower, so there's that. Even if it didn't, there's no need to crap into his sale thread.

He said bumper to bumper via CPO, not full or powertrain.

You guys act like only stock cars could ever be sold, which isn't true even when there is supply, let alone these days.

Just pointing out that he highlighted the powertrain warranty in his post, which is no longer valid due to the substantial modification to the powertrain. Nothing wrong with modifying the car, but it comes at the price of any powertrain warranty...

Yeah, that's a good point, thanks. The image didn't load for me at first when I replied, so I didn't see the checkmarks and the highlights either. This is slightly misleading at best, I agree.

Hi, I work for GM so I used our software to pull up warranty info. This is a screenshot of coverage in that software. It automatically highlights what is covered. The warranty is not voided and it still is covered by powertrain, there is still a transmission and other equipment in the car which is a part of the powertrain.

I wouldn’t say way over sticker but ok, over sticker. I have offers for $48k stock so with my $15k+ in mods I’d say the price is fair. This isn’t just a slapped on supercharger, it has about $8k in new LT4 parts like HPFP for $1,700, injectors, VLOM, etc. Recaro seat, ZL1 bumper that had to get a $200 decal added back on, $2,500 in new tires, etc. If you want a stock 2SS Hot Wheels sure this would be a bad deal, but that’s not what I’m selling here.

I would say since you are putting an additional 200HP over the design to the rest of the powertrain (Transmission, driveshaft, differential and read axle halfs) that you would have an EXTREMELY hard time finding any dealer to honor the powertrain warranty... Hell, people have been denied powertrain warranty for an aftermarket Cold Air Intake, and that maybe adds 10-15HP at most... Nothing wrong with modifying the car as you please, I just think selling it with an intact "Powertrain Warranty" may be somewhat misleading...

Again, nice looking car and GLWS...

I’m a GM tech at a dealer I’m well aware how our warranty system works. A cold air intake or any mod cannot void a powertrain warranty unless proven that it caused the problem. The powertrain consist of more than an engine. Correct, a supercharger can cause some problems to not be warrantied out, but that does not mean that the entire warranty is voided. Some dealers may try to deny a warranty because warranty pay sucks, they’d rather have customer pay times so they can make actual money. I just warrantied out an entire engine on a Corvette with an intake because guess what, it was not causing the issue. I’ve had Procharged Camaros come in and need a trans flush and guess what, they got the trans flush under warranty. Please research the the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act. Btw I’m not selling it with an intact powertrain warranty, I am not providing a warranty. I am simply informing people of pre-existing warranty coverages. I never stated that the vehicle is 100% covered, I stated this is what GM warranties are still available.

Awesome car, insane price. You can get a used ZL1 for a few grand more. Two different front seats? Also, why do you have ZL1 badges on an SS?
