This is the complete kit with the spare tire/wheel, jack, and lug wrench in the nice zippered carrying case. Has never been used.

I sold the car, so don't need this anymore. Would prefer face to face. No idea how much it would cost to ship and I don't have the box anymore.

Also includes "Compact EZ-Store Wheel Chocks (Pair)" which are small plastic wheel chocks. They fit inside the kit, too.
