Am I too picky???

I am going in to the dealer for some warranty repair work tomorrow. I have a leaky brake fluid reservoir cap, a taillight letting moisture through, and a weatherstrip that keeps drooping down on the driver's side door. I noticed this bubble on the lower front bumper. Not sure if it is something that I should bring up? Can this bubble end up flaking my paint in the future? WWYD? Thanks.

If you bought it new and/or it's under warranty, then no you're not being to picky. I would definitely bring it up, bubbles in the paint will eventually break open and the paint will start to chip/peel. Either there was some contamination during the paint process, it was repainted or something got on the paint to cause it to bubble.

Did you buy the car used? Chances are the bubbling is a result of a crappy respray. Doubt warranty will cover that. If you bought it new, take it to the dealer you bought it from. It was probably damaged in transit and the dealer did a quick respray.
Improper prep or didn't use proper flex for plastic parts. I'm willing to bet that it's NOT a factory paint job on your bumper

I blew up your pic on my phone. To the left of your quarter, are those touch up marks? If those are touch up marks, I see faint while underneath the touched up spots. The factory base is not white. If my observation is correct, then I can tell you with certainty that your bumper has been repainted by someone who had no idea what they were doing or weren't paid enough for the job to care.

I would have them fix it. I have had my car for 6 months and so far they had to respray the drivers door because there was a blob of the stuff they use on the welds on the inside of the door on the outside. Since it was a small bump they tried to scare me out of them having to respray the whole door but I stood my ground saying I wanted it fixed so they did it My trunk lid was touching the bumper and they tried touching it up but either the paint did not hold or the trunk was still touching so this time they resprayed the rear bumper. On my trunk one of the stripes the black started coming out from under the clear vinyl on the one sided so they had to replace the stripe on that side. So yeah I say have them fix it.

OMG, if it were mine I'd bring it up to them in a heartbeat. Like what time do they open in the morning?

Looks like you bought it new. Make them fix it. If they balk, still make them fix it.

Do you know how rich a dealer is? If this were ancient Egypt, they would be Kings.

Make them fix it.

It will just make the dealer richer. They get payed from GM for warranty work and won't want to do it if they can not get GM to cover it.

Car was bought new in Summer 15. Got a good deal on a leftover 14. The white speck must have been something caught from the road. Dealer told me that they are pretty sure nothing would happen to that bubble, but they could fix it by repainting the whole front fascia. And that it's never an exact match with the factory paint and blah blah blah.. Is it best to have them repaint the front fascia or just deal with the bubble?

Definitely bring it up. The worst they can do is tell you to pound sand.

If that's the case, if you bought a new car, screw them and their "pretty sure" bs. They need to repaint it. I've worked in a collision shop and been around cars a long time. I still believe some porter or the delivery truck slightly damaged that bumper and it has already been resprayed once. Very rare to have that occure on a factory paint job.
