Nice Cam. I know AJ up at Mac Haik. Gonna have to bust on em, he never Facebooked me and said any 6 Gens were in. I wanted to take a look. He knows I'm waiting on the new Z model anyways.

Update time!!

So after getting my car I dropped it off at a local detailing company after only having it for one day. Fast forward three weeks later. Three very very long weeks I'll admit, and I have my ride back and looking drop dead gorgeous.

List of things done:

Light paint correction
Polish
Xpel Clear Bra (partial)
2 coats of Cquartz finest
Window tint
Cquartz Leather coating
Wheels powder coated gloss black
Lugs and Center caps ceramic coated
Front and back bowties ceramic coated

I was beyond impressed with the work Clarity Auto Detailing did to my car.

Here are some pics, with more full body shots to come. All credit for the pictures goes to Clarity Auto Detailing.

Very nice...if you don't me asking how for everything? I checked around for Cquartz Finest, detailing shops that are authorized around here are out of their minds for the prices they are charging.

Wow your car is amazing! I've always been a silver/jet black interior person, but looking at yours with the kalahari interior has me rethinking my color! It's beautiful!

Congrats, hope they gave you a discount if they are planning on using you're car for advertising.

Yes it is expensive when having a professional do it but you have to also take into count you are actually getting 2 different services included in that price. One service is the full car detail with paint correction witch must be done before the coating can be applied, and the second service is the CQ finest application. A lot of people choose to do a polymer coating themselves and save the $$ but personally I feel it is worth it to have it done by a professional that has years of experience doing such work.

It is truly amazing to see how much better the 2016 looks next to an early gen5. I had a 2010 and thought it was the best-looking car at the time. Now I actually dislike the front end when compared to the 2016

Thank you everyone for the comments! I'm extremely happy with the work done and how it looks.

My total cost was $2400 dollars. Is that a lot of money?....of course, but not really when you think about the protection you're giving your 48-50k car. Xpel comes with a 10 year warranty. Cquartz Finest comes with a 2 year warranty. The tint is lifetime as well, and we know powder coat done right will last forever. I did get some discounts and free add-ons since I was having so much done. That 2400 also included a lot of CarPro products for washing/maintaining the car.

Upcoming mods:

So far besides the detailing work I've added:

-Premium mats trimmed in the brown color to match the interior
-Led License plate bulb swap

Upcoming mods:

-Tint/blackouts for the front and rear reflectors
-Mishimoto catch can in blue
-Xpel on the door seals
