New Continental DSW06 Plus all seasons installed today. The Plus is the updated version that came out a few months ago. Stiffer sidewall apparently. Handles very nicely and balanced out perfectly.

Got new ones in mail today and also got interior led bulb kit .

wheels

I was given a set of polished aluminum SS wheels that were pretty curb damaged, spent the last couple of weeks (few hours a night) stripping and sanding, and finally polishing them. I got them mounted to a set of Goodrich tires and picked them up late today. They look nice, too tired to put them on the car right now. Lot of work but worth it.

Rebuilt my fuel system. For those out there that didn’t know- if you use PTFE fuel line you have to use the fittings with ferrules (which some call pearls). Of course those are more difficult to build, and nearly impossible in place. Long story short I ended up buying the Fragola and Russell fittings and non ptfe hose. It’s rated for e85 and I’ll rebuild the system again before the ethanol effects it.

On Saturday I put my new Streetfighter spoiler on the car so today I took the car to work to show her off a bit. Still gotta take it back off and send to paint but I didn't see any harm with rolling around a bit until I do. My car is all black and the gel coat is pretty close in color so most people wont notice it hasn't been painted yet.

Washed , clay barred , and doing some more paint correction tomorrow . The paint on this car is not in very good shape . I'm not sure which of the two previous owners didn't care , but it is obvious one , or both , of them didn't .

My neighbor has a coyote swapped 68 Mustang. He left some rubber in the street in front of my house a couple weeks ago. I repaid the favor in front of his house today. Only difference is he did it from dig and I did it from a 40 mph roll.
