Yea for sure. It’s been weird with covid. Less face to face. The service manager was a little stand off ish at first. But once I explained with the tech standing behind him he was more understanding. Plus he couldn’t disregard the old hardware (nuts and washers) rattling around inside the body lol! Guess all the dealerships are different.
