Getting old ceramic coating off

Hi, I've picked up a pair of headers for my Dad's 79 Camaro that we are swapping a 427 stoker into and they have some old patchy ceramic coating on them. Whats the best way of getting that stuff off? The only thing I've done is tried sand blasting them and I'm not sure if my sand blaster is powerful enough but it didn't even touch the stuff.

Sand blasting is the way to go , ive seen sand blasting take crome rims back down to the raw alloy. Just need too use more powerful blaster
