Not everything you see on the interwebs is fake. Is that how that goes?

Not a 6th Gen but this happened to me awhile back on my way to work at night in my 4th Gen Z28 in the middle of a highly populated suburb - last thing I was expecting:

P.S. OP - Please post your VIN# -- Your excessive windshield wiper usage needs to be posted on carfax... I don't care about the revving, thats what the car was made for.

This was caught on my V6 6th Gen Dash Cam while I was merging onto the Interstate... I think a deer was driving the Volvo.

Great job avoiding the Deer! I hit one in my 2013 Hot Wheels Coupe Auto in the early morning (sorry no dash cam), did about $8K in damage. It had antlers too, so I had poke holes in the front fascia where his horns caught....he did not survive the encounter, was only going about 35 mph too...Was headed to a Camaro Cruise/Meet three hours away, car was still driveable, just popped some of the fascia back into place and went on my way. When I arrived at the meet, there was still deer hair stuck in the fascia where it had cracked...can laugh about it now...

I got lucky basically.. I only BARELY saw it in time and what I saw was a glimpse of it in my head lights (which I saw before you could actually see it on the Camera) and everything else was just reflex. It happened QUICK there was no time to think or slow down one second I was driving normally down the avenue the next there's a deer in my lane dead infront of me and I just instinctively dodged it.

One of my biggest fears is meeting one of those bastards on the Interstate while doing 70+ MPH... In a car like a 4th or 6th Gen Camaro it would be catastrophic.

At my job there's a LONG winding drive that cuts through some forestry and there's almost always deer there. Its a fun road when its empty and it allows me to really push my 6th Gen (private road) but at night I dont do anything stupid because there's always a chance one of them is sitting on the road.
