Those are radiators. The SS and the ZL1 have them in pretty much the same places. There are 3 total in the cars. One in the front in the traditional place and two smaller ones off to each side. The ZL1 and Z/28 are more easily noticed due to the vent redesign. The SS you can see if you look through it leaning down.

I would really hope so. Though an even newer LT4 would be insane, the Z/28 is kind of a sanctioned thing. I think if it is going to be a competitive "Track Focused" car, then let it be raw engine. After that, anyone can play all they want. It will dominate the GT350R, the ZL1 already ripped it to shreds

Plot twist..... Camaro destroys everything in the end lol It is a track focused car. It should be competing with the high end cars. Take the 6th Gen SS for example. That has already beaten the new BMW M4 and is $34,950 cheaper. The Camaro Team has really stepped up to the plate and knocked the competition out of the park with these new cars. That's what most of this is anyway, right? A competition.

I know quite a lot of people are spending that much on insanely marked up GT350 and GT350R's right now. So yes some people will spend that much, but this car won't cost that much. Irregardless, neither the 5th gen Z/28 or this car has ANY NEGATIVE effect on any of the lower trim Camaros! I love this car, but in no way will it have anything to do with the performance or price of my SS 1LE that I will purchase. I don't understand why people get up in arms about a high performance variant of the Camaro because its getting "too expensive" or "too fast" I'll tell you what it does mean. It means that the next top dog vette that comes out will be this X 10!!!

I see others stating that the ZL1 style hood indicates it's an LT4 equipped vehicle. I don't think I would necessarily jump to that conclusion instantly. It could be that this design is just that efficient at heat extraction and creating down force that they don't need to develop a different version. I'm liking what I see, but if I were somehow able to procure one of these, I would prefer a spoiler similar to the 5th gen Z/28 and either smaller or no front canards. That's speaking from strictly an aesthetic point of view. Mainly because I wouldn't be using it mostly for track days. And before I get the "that's why there's a ZL1", I would prefer not to have the LT4. I'm not about big hp number alone. Right now, I'd prefer the 1LE, but with a more potent naturally aspirated engine that hopefully the Z/28 has. Just my two cents.

IMO the car will still get a NA motor, hope to see 580 HP 7500-8000 rpm monster.

That's what dealers ordered. That doesn't mean it wasn't an add on option that bumped the price up. If you went and ordered a Z/28 you had to check a box to get A/C. Pretty silly on a $75,000 street car no matter how track focused it is. No A/C should be reserved for stripped out club sport factory race cars, not a 3,800lb Camaro.

That would definitely be what I would want, but it feels like a long shot. Unless a Corvette or Caddy magically appears with said new engine first.

Definitely the dark taillights. You only see the red when they light up

My question is will it be revealed soon and will it be a 2017 or a 2018 model. I'm thinking 2018 since it is still wearing camo, unless it is a ZL1.R or something like that
