I love my car and I'd have a really hard time selling it but f'n a.....this guy is off his rocker. A ZL1 supercharger failing.....cmon. I guess a Z/28 isnt worth 44k either because it has a LS7 and theres cases of the valve drop issue.
I think you should ask him what makes his LS3 bulletproof. Achilles heel of the LS3 is the oil pump failure. Numerous cases of that.

My first thought is just that he's rolled over car-loan into car-loan, and made a lot of bad decisions and is actually THAT upside down on the car.
It's a 7-year old car that he claims still has bumper-to-bumper warranty... which is probably a very overpriced extended warranty (which usually aren't even able to roll over to new owner)
