Yep. It's 3.0" as well but necks to 2.75" to connect to the Axle Back/Mufflers. The 60606 is 2.75" all the way. If it makes a difference, I'm not sure. The double helix will also have a bit of a smoother/less raspy sound to it.

Are there any X pipe that goes from Kooks catless headers to axle back exhaust?

Yes. You'll have to call Kooks to get info on it. They make it in both straight 3" and with a 2.75" neck at the back depending on what exhaust you have. Call them.

Is there a way to install the corsa x-pipe alone without any cutting and welding? I'm reading mixed reviews on throwing a check engine light as well - is that something to worry about?

On a stock system? No, you will need to cut something. But as long as it is properly attached (clamp or weld), you shouldn't see a CEL.

1) No, you will have to cut. You'll have to cut the factory exhaust right around the rear axle area and attach it there. Also, not sure how they're going to link up with both being 2.75"...Maybe the end of the Corsa X pipe is flared a little to go around 2.75"...I can't remember which end is on the Corsa Axle Back pipe so not much help for you there. But it could be made to work either way.

2) Forget the mixed reviews. If installed and clamped properly, there are NO issues with check engine lights. The secondary cats are unmonitored and as long as you make sure you plug in your o2 sensors and check for leaks before running it, you will be golden.

Check this illustration pic out, this will show you where you'll have to cut approximately.

I pulled the trigger on the entire Xtreme+ system with black tips, can't wait to put it on! I saw that you have to zip tie the NPP connectors.. how's that working out for everyone especially when tracking?

No issue at all. You won't be disappointed.

Question for you...

I have had my Corsa full cat-back with secondary delete put on about 6 mths ago now and just had new tires and an alignment check done and while on the lift the tech. noticed black streaks near all the joints on my system and told me it looked like I had an exhaust leak.

I know nothing about all this, so I took it to the performance shop who installed it and they put it up on the rack and said they didn't hear any leaks and I don't have any CEL's. They said the black streaks could be caused by raw fuel burning.

Have you noticed any black streaks at all on your system piping?

Thanks, I kinda figured. I would assume if there was a leak in the system, I would have gotten a CEL.

I do notice a slight stumble right off idle for the first 50 - 100 RPM sometimes and especially when cold after I lift off the throttle the idle drops a little further below 500 RPM, almost like I have a cam. It has never stalled on me, but I wonder if it is caused by turbulence air from removing the secondary cats.
