I’ve had multiple issues with them on parts and they have been solved within a day or two. Email is probably the best way to reach them

Never an issue in three orders - the first one I ordered standard rock guards online, they called about 20 minutes later, said they were out, and sent me the deluxe ones for the standard price. Good customer service to me!

I bought their deluxe rock guards. I also got the chrome lookin screws for the rear. The spacers didn’t seem to be the correct length, although I did receive the proper amount of spacers. The instructions provided with the kit leave a lot to be desired. Luckily it’s a fairly simple install.
I’m not bothered by the chrome screws (yet) and even though the spacers seemed to not be the correct length I’m happy with the way the install came out. I’m considering the lift points and the GT4 tow hook. I can’t seem to bring myself to make the purchase after my experience with the rock guards and reading this thread.

The only experience that I have had wit ZL1 Addons was positive.
I ordered a set of lift points and received them 3 days later. Product and service were as promised.

Ordered from them no issues took a little longer than expected but I do not drive the car much so it was not an issue.

wow.. i've gotten 2 tow hooks, 1 puck, 4 lifting points, and the splash guards very fast like in 2 days. great experience here so far.

I've placed two orders with them now and both we're positive. John is great to work with. Some of their parts are made to order so it takes a bit longer. But I'll wait for quality.
