Somehow I have this rattle/tick sound on my passenger side corsa NPP
Anybody knows what caused this? Is it the NPP valve issue?

Sounds like a NPP valve rattling
What mode is the car in? Does it happen at initial start up or at all times at idling?

It’s i s’more obvious in steal/tour, when it’s in track, the exhaust sound would cover the rattling. This rattling sound only appears on the passenger side

There is a TSB for the NPP rattle, but it only applies to 2016-2019 Camaros. Here is a link to the TSB so you can see if it applies to your car.

Another forum member reported rattling problems with the Corsa NPP exhaust. Corsa replaced the defective unit. You may need to contact Corsa for support.

Tour mode has the valve mostly closed so it could possibly rattle some.
Track mode the valve is open.
Assume this is happening during idling
Take a flashlight to the inner exhaust pipe on the passenger side to see if its rattling. Have you done this yet?
Finally, is this new Corsa NPP exhaust? If so, it is under warranty

I can’t truly see the valve from the tip, it’s after the elbow, for some reason, my tour and stealth sound the same, sport and track sound the same

OP has a '21 Camaro, so I assume the noted TBS does not apply here....
I believe Corsa fixed this problem a couple years ago.

yeah it is a new axle back and just put on the mid-pipe, but mid pipe wouldn't give me a rattling sound like that tho,,,, i assume

My guess is the the NPP valve shaft(s) are rattling when closed. If you crawl underneath the car and locate the NPP valve, look on one side. There is a shaft that rides on a bushing. Grab it with your fingers and check for end play. If there is, you will hear it rattle side to side. Supposedly Corsa fixed this by moving to a different bushing that doesn't wear. I am on my 3rd set of mufflers replaced under warranty and no issues so far. Corsa's warranty and support has been very good!

Corsa has fixed the bushing issue (so they say), but would not hurt to check.

Wang- if this is a new axle back NPP , it is under warranty, so call Corsa.
My Corsa exhaust is so loud with all my mods, I couldn't tell you if I had a drone or rattle, but I checked the NPP valve for excessive play on both sides of mine before I installed mine as I remembered the tech bulletin that came out a while back regarding the potential rattle. I just need to tune out the 'cat warm up' excessive loud crap at start up. HP Tuners can tune that out with some ECT adjustments.
