Pics?
There is someone who had a 2LT Fifty with louvers. He had pictures in the “What did you do...” thread where he put orange pinstripes on the louvre and his splitter.

https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showt...36559&page=475

The first few pictures show the car with louvers. Further down the page you see where he added the striping.

I toyed with the idea. Sometimes I like them, sometimes I don't. I have to be at least 90% for, or it isn't worth the money for me.

I like the idea of the louvers, but they remind me too much of the Ford Mach 1’s the had such a huge flat back window it was like an easy bake oven....

The louvres are neat but I’ve not seen any good quality builds of the louvres.

And in terms of visibility it doesn’t affect like I thought it would. Sat in a car at fest at the AA Booth and it barely was noticeable.

Someone already included this picture of my car in another link. I was undecided and didn't like the look of them out of the box. I had them painted to match my car color, and added the 50TH Anniversary highlights. Addressing some of the concerns:

Since installation, I find it easy to clean the window just using a cloth and sliding my hand under the louvers, not much gets on there anyway. They can be removed easily by removing some nuts, bit so far I have not found it necessary. It does not impair my vision out the back, not very noticeable to me. Construction and installation is spot on and easy to do. The are made of ABS not metal so there is some flex when I wipe them off cleaning the car, but not flimsy in construction. I did have the painter add paint additive like they use on the bumpers to ensure there would be no cracking the the paint from flexing or heat.

I'm very satisfied, but as with everything else its a personal decision, you either hate them or like them.

I think it looks great on your ride with the accents. But yes you’re right, you either hate them or love them.

But that’s what makes this fun. Making the ride yours. As long as you like it and are happy. Go for it.
