Hello. I have not seen or heard anything about a clear taillight like the Z06 but that would be awesome to have.

I'm reserving my final judgement until I can actually see one in RL. Looking at that stock picture against my tails, I don't even see $50 worth of difference, forget $450.

Totally agree, but when your entire car is black and white, the red tail lights just kill the look you are going for and therefore are worth the $$ lol.

I contacted shopchevyparts and gave them the new part number 84136777. They showed me a screenshot where it still shows "future part" for them. Darn.

I hear you and I still may go for it..but now it's doubtful. I added more Laminex to mine so literally the only red is that thin horizontal line that's lit up anyway. I'd be spending $500 just to cover that - unless of course these look different in RL.
