hmmm, a serious issue nonetheless... what if you move the VTC wires to the radio head unit control and stop turning left so much? Could be the flux capacitor. May want to get it serviced first though.

I have a 2010 SS and it's lagless. No delay what so ever. Maybe try disconnecting the battery over night.

Newer camaros have "MyLink". its very different.
