That's funny, who knows if GM will actually build a Camaro in 2023. You'll drive yourself crazy so just buy a 2020.

I'm still going to hold out until the 2023 model year, which will be the last year as of right now. If things changes, I might buy it sooner. Just pre-planning right now and for good reason.

So I take it there haven't been any recalls or anything similar?

Are you sure there will even be a 2023 that would make the 6th gen like 7 years old?

I assume you want the last production year for collectibility.

Usually the last year is with the most.

How can there be any recalls on a 2023? They haven’t been built yet.

I'm waiting for 2023 for a few reasons. Enjoy my 2013 ZL1 longer, save more money, and hopefully wait for silver ice metallic to come back. Though I am find of orange.

No no...were there any recalls in 2017, 18, or 19 that I should know about when I buy a car several years in the future!

Yes I agree with you on the 2013 ZL1 that you have. It was strange when I was looking at used ZL1s last year I wanted Summit white but the 2017 SIM ZL1 was too good to pass up on! I’m glad now that I got that color!

No recalls, but there was a service bulletin they put out for adding some protective wire wrap/loom in 2 or 3 locations that the dealer would do for free during your service visits. Had mine done during one of the free oil changes and AC line replacement.

2023 ZL1 will probably be pretty sweet, and if it's the last gas fueled Camaro that's special.

If new plans are announced for a C7 gas Camaro, I'd wait for that.

You cannot even get a 4WD truck in the USA with a manual transmission any more!
Agreed with both of the above.

Even Tacoma’s got rid of the manual option?

In 4 cylinder Tacoma they axed the manual a few years back for any driveline configuration.
Can still get a TRD sport or TRD Pro 4x4 with manual for a measly $45k....I had a 2018 for a while. Engine is just not well suited for truck application (high rev, no torque)
