I am not trying to be a jerk but I deal with people every single day and their budgets. You have bolt on budget and no more if you are starting from scratch. You need around 8K to make good power, or at least the power you are looking to make. Bank on 10K+ if you want to run a blower properly.
You are at FBO money. Possibly on the light side of that. Having a 16' helps a bit on the tuning costs. Are you doing the labor yourself? Headers $1,250 Ported MSD/TB $1,600 FF sensor $200 CAI $450 Tune $475-$675 Labor $600ish You could swap to a ported stock IM/TB and save 1K. That will work if you are going to do a Procharger later. But if you want to do H/C later you will need the MSD.

I already have headers e85 kit rotofab intake and probably can squeeze 7500 for the budget. all I was saying if I was going to pay 5500 for cam install I would go ahead and do a procharger and get more power.

H/C and install is 5K from me. But if you do have the money and you want to stay on the stock converter then a Maggi may be the way to go. You can sell the RF and wait to upgrade the fuel system to run E.

The whipple model is what i have and would recommend. The initial torque of the PD is amazing. The other issue you will run into real quick is getting the tires not to spin... My answer for the street is a set of Toyo R888R.. They are awesome tires period.... BANG for your Buck is what you want.. The cost of a whipple is around 8K plus installation and the tune to follow. Whipple sends a stock tune for it out of the box hp tuners. I had a custom tune instead and it made a huge difference. Just FYI. Labor differs greatly depending on your location. But PRAY, CUNNINGHAM MOTORSPORTS , TED AT JANNETTY RACING,Lingenfelter, Vengance, are very reputable engine tuners/builders. you cant go wrong with one of them. Do you have Cold Air induction for you car yet? That coupled with a vietesse throttle controller would be my first suggestions. The total for both should be under 500. and zero labor costs. You can do it yourself in under an hours time...
