Side Markers that are cheaper than DD and Oracle and look just as good - Page 21

Well add me to the group with a LED failure. I really like the color of the ones I have and hope to keep same tint as them. Hope this can get resolved.

my rears are still going strong, but my fronts, 3rd set now, have long since failed. I'm waiting on my replacement set. The rears are hot to the touch after roughly a 30 minute morning drive. my fronts are back to stock, albeit with an led replacement bulb. They are cool as a cucumber.

I don't know the circumstances to why my fronts keep failing, but I do know the latest set I have, melted, almost through the plastic.

If you reported a defective set to me I have your new sets shipped with a return label for the old. Most of you should have tracking info in your inbox. I appreciate everyone's patience with that issue.

I've been testing one of the newly manufactured sets for a while with no issues (pics below). Our manufacturer also tested them prior to finishing up production. I'm confident all issues have been sorted out. We still honor our 1 year warranty on any failures.

We're working on building up our inventory again. We do have a few sets in stock right now for quick shipping.

My previous car was a C7 vette. I put on the Oracle side markers because I just love the way the laser line looks. I even wired them up to be on whenever the car was running.

3/4 corners burned out after 10 months

All 4 were replaced under warranty

Less than a year later 2/4 had gone out again, but they were now out of warranty because it had been >2 years from the original purchase date

For the new Camaro I went with the markers that have a 3 year warranty

Never mind! They just arrived!

I'll get them put on later today. Thank you!!

UPDATE: Got them all in! Work great. Hopefully they will last a long time. I actually like the slightly darker plastic on these replacements than the original ones I purchased. Also there is no visible cut line on the edge of each light now which is a big improvement!

I too swapped to the darker set. Big difference!

I had no experience with any brand but from reading around the forums all of them appear to have a high failure rate. Because of that I ended up going with the DD for their 3 year warranty.
