Here are some dyno results comparing the Roto-fab CAI to the stock intake system. These results have come from a variety of tuners, from Texas, to Connecticut, to Korea!

From JDP Motorsports, Bone Stock vs. Roto-fab, Stock tune

From CNC Motors, Bone stock vs. Roto-fab, Stock tune

From SCT Performance, Bone stock vs. Roto-fab, Stock tune, AFR included below.

From Abdulisraddd, supporting mods: secondary cat delete. stock tune.

From EFI Tuning, PTB+Intake+Tune vs. PTB + Intake + Tune + Roto-fab, AFR included below.

From JRE, stock intake vs. Roto-fab CAI. Supporting mods unknown.

From ADM Performance, LT4 S/C vs. LT4 S/C with Roto-fab

From Davenport Motorsports, Heartbeat S/C vs. Heartbeat S/C with Roto-fab

Thanks for your interest everyone,
Michael

Nice! I have the Roto-Fab on my SS Sedan and it is great. These guys do a ton of R&D before releasing their products and only do so once they see real gains.

This intake has not been carb tested.

Another solid dyno performance for the Roto-fab CAI! Our 2016+ Camaro system continues to set the bar for CAI performance.

You can pretty much lump us in to the California standards... If they can't do it, we can't either (not that it's ever stopped me before )

Being an Ontario car enthusiast is rough

Do either or both supercharged dyno sheets have any tuning done with the intake?

I believe both ADM and Davenport did adjust the tune for our system on their S/C builds.

I've gone back and forth on some parts, and this is one that won't be wasted money on my eventual supercharger install.

I don't want to buy something just to have the computer compensate for it for no longterm gain, so what does that look like? If you aren't tuned yet and you run it past the initial dyno, does it keep the gains on these engines?

I'm not tuning the car until the supercharger, and I'm interested in if it is worthwhile before the supercharger with that in mind. Anyone have experience with a similar situation?

Huh???

Explain a little further what you are thinking? The computer wont compensate any for a less restrictive CAI in a way that it would generate more power now and then less power down the road.

I believe he is referring to the idea that when you install a CAI, the fuel trims are carried over from the stock system, and may not immediately reflect the fuel trims and AFR that you would see 100 miles down the road.

The Roto-fab CAI performs great with or without a tune, even after the computer adjust fuel trims to accommodate the change in air flow.

Thanks for your interest!
