Theres are a couple of reasons the stock/gm mats don't go back that far.

A) for short folks that don't have the seat all of the way back. A longer mat can interfere with seat travel.
B) no one puts their feet that far back and technically, that's what the mats are for.

Hogwash, lloyds makes them long and that area gets very dirty in my car......the lloyds mat thins as they go between the runners and the seat can go completely forward without catching.....

I was hoping they would by now as all the GM mats are small and crappy. Deciding if I want to by Lloyd's Camaro mats, or plain ones and have a shop stitch the 1LE logos on...

I think they say camaro, not 1LE, but they are a little fancy, not just black rubber.
