You say an LS3 seal was installed?
What exactly is leaking?
I must admit I haven’t worked on any LT engines but hundreds of LS engines.
So I’m confused here. What’s leaking? And what is interchangeable between an LS3 engine and LT4 engine?
Front crank seal blew and leaked oil, people on here said swap the Lt4 crank seal for the stronger ls3 crank seal and I did that. Fixed the oil issue for a while but I noticed recently the crank seal is leaking again. Blower is not leaking oil.

Did you check for a scored or damaged crank? I've seen it several times with amateur installs that wreck the front of the crank and it never seals right.

Could be, but I still wonder why the original seal failed. After all, they did an upper pulley, not a lower.

Most shops remove the blower to do an upper, so maybe something got screwed up there. It sure sounds like the crankcase is getting pressurized somehow.

Different car obviously but I had a ‘12 CTS-V (wagon!) that went through two SC belt idler pulleys and on the second failure the belt wrapped around the crank snout and murdered the front main seal. Do these cars like to throw belts or have idler failures once you go to smaller SC pulleys (or larger crank pulleys)?

They sent me just my manifolds back, never got my stock pulley from them. Luckily Andy from ADM Performance was able to ship one out to me in a couple of days.

I was honestly on the cusp of scheduling my car for the 750hp package. Going to vengeance tomorrow to get scheduled. Anybody got anything bad to say about vengeance?

Not me. One of the best things about Vengeance is that they back up their work if there ever is a concern. Extremely customer service centered.

Exactly why I have decided to pay a bit more and have vengeance do the work. Haven't heard anything bad about them.
