Mckee's 37 turbo car dryer

Anyone ever used a Mckee's 37 car dryer? Saw it on My Classic Car and it seems to work well. With coupon it is $143.99 shipped which seems to be a good price. Any opinions on it?

I'm sure it is nice. McKee's 37 makes great products. My Harbor Freight $30 leaf blower and my Chemical Guys $45 car dryer work well.

I like that price even better. Is it ok to use a car dryer that doesn't have a filter?
