RPI customer service.
I ordered the satin black splitter from RPI and haven’t heard anything. Ordered on the 2nd. I’ve emailed them with status updates twice. It said on the website if you don’t order custom painted or carbon it should ship within 48hrs. Going on 11 days now and no word or email. Not sure if they monitor this forum or what others have experienced with them but this part is literally the last one going on the car and now I’m over here waiting.... lol! Come on RPI!

Never had a problem with them, I think I ordered 3 different things from RPI and they delivered within a week for items that weren't custom painted. They were also helpful with "live" installation tips when I got a bit stuck with a spoiler. As VinnAY also intimated, how about giving them a quick call instead?

Ordered sideskirts and a splitter in January. No response to emails/phone calls.
Filed a claim with the BBB a couple weeks ago and what do ya know, got an email the same day saying they were being shipped. Read the Facebook reviews first. I had ordered some custom painted emblems from them once. It took about 4-4.5 months for it to show up when I was quoted 6 weeks. I got a tracking number after I was finally able to contact them and express my discontent and my willingness to take up the issue with my bank.

In all fairness, I am pretty happy with the product. Just be willing to wait a quarter/half a year.

Yea i seen the reviews and it’s real hit and miss. I’ll try calling on Monday morning. Again. Never understood the company’s that don’t follow up or just have auto emails on point. Most of everything else I’ve bought has been very good. This company not so

I've ordered from them twice. Both times were custom painted parts and the lead time on their website was pretty accurate. I ended up returning one part because the fit was not good. I had no issues with their customer support. I hope you get a hold of them soon.
