At what point is a 10-11 vararam restrictive? Shooting for 700+ flywheel

Researching options on an air intake set up. Looking at the vararam makes me question if it’ll move enough to support what I’m looking to make.

5 inch intake would be an option but I’d also like to stay away from the 90 degree bend. Maybe some sort of open tube with a screen on it? Mainly just a track/Mexico car. 2k miles per year.

Setup consists of 24x/26x camshaft, ported stock castings, hi ram and compression in the 13.5-14.5 range depending on gasket and if I do any more milling.

Thanks Bo. I had a feeling it wouldn’t be up to the task. Going to do something a little different with the radiator and see what I come up with.
