Thanks bud! I initially tried silicone caulk but that was a disaster. Got it all cleaned up and have been timid about trying again. Partly because I wasn’t as careful as I shoulda been and cut up my fingers real good on the sharp edges. But gonna do gorilla glue like Heath used, which should be much better.

This was a customer's install before and after:

Pretty much impossible to tell the difference from the GM set, with the exception of the added dead pedal inlay.

Yeah, I only had trouble with getting the dead pedal to stick. I think I was using too much glue. Waaaaay better deal than the GM version and Sean includes the dead pedal, which is my reason for getting them.
