Brake Bleed, how do know I've bled them?

So, I did the brake bleed yesterday, used Motul 600 trying to get her ready for a track day.

How do I know I've bled them all the way?

This is the first time I've ever done a brake bleed, ever. I was a little unsure of when the new stuff was actually in. At each wheel, when I first opened the bleed screw, it would flow out maybe a couple of ounces of darker red, then it went to a clearer substance, but I wasn't really sure if I had gotten all of the old stuff out.

I used about 1 liter of new stuff. (went through 2.5 bottles, but siphoned out some of the new after pumping clutch, so probably 2 full bottles of new stuff went into the lines)

Does Motul sell colored brake fluids or I have to go a different route if i want to know by color?
