It was a very cold day. At the start of the day is was 28 degrees. No heat stress issues that day. I too suffer from heat issues.

Im floored right now. I can't believe I still hold fast lap at thunderbolt! it was extremely cold for you so im sure next time you'll blow by my time but I even have norm beat right now!?!? has me wondering if my timing was off

Same car , same setup July 11, 2019 with RE71s instead of MPSS and ran consistent times of 2:31 and 2:32 which I am pleased with. Low on HP with stock L99 auto but have found weak link on car now. Auto trans can’t take the abuse and needs bigger trans cooler. And I need better brakes. I like to dive in hard and be aggressive but can’t get the same braking feedback each time. I stand on brakes and at times still turn in too fast. Stock 4 pots need to go by next year for sure.

You might only have to move a step or two up the brake pad food chain. And add some rotor cooling ducts if you haven't done so already.
