Question What's Your Honest Opinion?

What do you personally think of these stripes and hash marks?

Do you like them? Or is it too much going on? Would it look better with the wide hood-only stripes instead of the full length narrow ones? Do you like the glossy look or should they be matte? Would it look better with the newer 6th gen hash marks? Or no hash marks at all?

I want your honest opinion!

IMHO, I would have put a thin black pinstripe around the black stripes and then stopped them at the bumper. I would have made the stripes wider than the vents and left more space between them and would have used some trim tape to cut them back 1/4" around the air intakes so that they didn't touch the black plastic and made those stand out on their own so that it doesn't look like a non-SS non-vented hood.

This is about as close as I can find to what I am thinking:

I like the hash marks.

too much going on....also never been a fan of stripes that go all the way down, but that's my preference.....but, what matters is that you like it.

Either, Or, but not both.

IMO, ditch the hash marks and keep the racing stripes.

While not traditional "Chevy stripes" with rounded corners and a pinstripe border, I like your to-the-ground approach on the vert.

Save your money for a splitter and rockers. The vert looks kickass with proper ground effects

Full stripe bumper to bumper is the way to go. Maybe to close together?
Don’t need to have the stripe ontop of the windshield.
Hash marks are wrong to me, dont look right. They can stay, just a different style

I’d just get rid of the hash marks. I’m not usually a fan of stripes, but that red can pull it off.

Have you considered the ZL1 1LE taillights and brake lights? I think they’d complete the look.

I like the look. If it was mine I would eliminate the strip on both the front and rear bumpers, black out the rear like a 67 SS, then pin strip the edges of the stripes with gold (maybe).
