You should be able to at least create an order.... Pricing has yet to be announced.... There will be constraints on the ZL1 early on, but no allocaton issues, any dealer can order it.......

Spoke to my dealer whom Ive brought 3 cars from and know very well, that no dealer can order a 18 ZL1 at this point in time, and that generally there is confusion on the order process from the regional manager on down. He added that it was funny that he could still however order a 2017, when there were plenty of 2017 orders not being fulfilled and would roll over to 18ZL1. How that process was going to happen (automatic vs customer having to provide input) he wasnt sure as he has seen it done both ways over the years.

I just find it highly frustrating that I want the car now, and cant get it.....

I have an order number for a 2018 ZL1. No TPW, but I have an order number.

I reached out to Becky and she mentioned that an order can be created today but not submitted. She said next Thursday is when orders can actually be submitted for 2018s. She confirmed still no pricing, and she too is a bit in the dark over the whole model year transition. I'll reach out to my local dealers again next Friday and see if I can get an order in!

2018 ZL1 Allocation Plan
Chevrolet will no longer use a controlled allocation for the 2018 Camaro ZL1. It will be available through CAM / CON / CAMALL allocation groups with the first DOSP starting on May 18th, 2017. However we expect a constraint to apply for the first few months as demand settles.

Supposedly, yes. Just limited by national weekly constraints.

Same thing happened to me in 2012 when my order got pushed to a 2013
