Agreed.

It's going to be interesting to see how the big wing Camaro and Corvette do around a track.

It's an acknowledge of all the reviews saying the Z06 overpowers the chassis with 650 HP.

the Z06. “Street driving was severely colored by my track impressions,” Evans says. “Even with all the safeties on, I was trepidatious when going hard on the throttle. I couldn’t help but worry that the rear end would come around on me. I never thought I’d say this, but the Corvette people need to buy this Viper and figure out how they got the rear end nailed down

It's worth noting that they had the Viper out later in the day when the track warmed up, both the Z06 and GT3RS were earlier in the day on a cold track.

Update on the trademark application: LT5 (and LTX) just moved to the next step of the trademark process and has been assigned to an examining attorney.

After that it is published for opposition and then receives final approval.

I think the LT5, if it's a production engine, is the best chance we have of a Z/28 engine.

Good find. What does this mean? It says this under passenger cars.

Very interesting that the engine is listed but is not mentioned with any car. Where/how did you find this?

Displacement and dual cams.

Outstanding find...seems a likely candidate to power Z28 and possibly track oriented C7 Corvette.

It's gotta be the next Z28 power plant.

Looking at every car listed it does not show up as powerplant option nor does Z28 show up under Camaro option codes. Likely for something not listed....Z28?

I believe Y is the code for Corvette, so this could be for the big wing car we see being tested.
