Barely above 14 mpg and have seen 10 over a tank of gas. GM is not going to fudge numbers or try to get optimistic numbers out of the testing standards.

I noticed that 60/65 mph is the magic number for great MPG for the 6M.
Speed limit here in FL is 70, so we do 75/80 and you take a BIG hit at those speeds.

...an A10 getting 14 mpg

I drive mine like I stole it and get much better than that. Then on a normal commute 37 miles to work and back an easy 23 in heavy traffic.

All I have to say is I'm jealous, I'm at 9.9mpg in 2015 ZL1.

That is amazing. Mine is new and I have only put fuel in it once. The actual mileage was 14.3 mpg based on the amount of fuel to fill it and the mileage driven. I look forward to getting some of those higher numbers after I get some mileage on it.

Any chance that the LT4 or ZL1 can be re-tested by the EPA?

Why, because a small sample of guys on an internet forum got good mileage on the highway? If GM followed the methodology correctly, the number is not going to change. The EPA may not have even touched the ZL1 and used what GM reported.

... And then send my gas guzzler tax that I paid back to me? I am still waiting for that pony from Santa Claus.

My experience on gas mileage greatly varies on how I drive it. Easy to get 24 mph or better, but just as easy to get under 19 if I am on the gas a lot, or drive it a lot over 1400 rpm's just to hear the motor music. With this car, you have to want to get good mileage and drive it with mileage in mind, or you wont get good gas mileage.

Nothing wrong with that. You are using the car for what it's built for. I don't think I got over 15MPG average yet on my car.

That's exactly what I was thinking. Someone got their palms greased by Dodge.
