ZL1 Convertible Questions
My wife wants a ZL1 Convertible with a stick.
What is the vert not going to get that the coupe does? It seems no PDR - which kinda stinks. The PDR is really cool. Heck you can get it in a CTS-V, why not all Camaros? Any idea when they will start making them? Who else just has to have one? D. |

Think I read somewhere that it will not have the eLSD.
The absence of both suggests they do not expect Vert ZL1s to get used at the track (in 99% of the cases that is probably fair) The upside is that the eLSD is something like 40lbs heavier than the regular diff, so that helps to offset some of the weight penalty in the convertible Apparently it also doesn't have a roof or a sunroof option Cheers Mark |

I have a 2016 Z06 and it is kinda cool looking at the eLSD but not sure I need it. I wish they would just offer all the goods on it.

Will also have the SS wing and not the ZL1 wing.

It appears that PDR and eLSD are not available in convertibles.
Seems like they don't prefer to see the drop-tops on the track... |

The verts I believe also have a much smaller trunk space, especially with the top down....
Not sure if they have a pull down rear seat and thru-space to the trunk or not.... The rear seating may be less than the coupe....side to side....? |
