Calibrate Device?

I took my SS into the dealership yesterday to get the latest flash because my Android Auto wasn't working. They called me to say it was done at the end of the day and when I went to pick it up, the MyLink screen is locked and there's a message across the screen in red that says "CALIBRATE DEVICE". Can't do anything with the screen, it's completely frozen/locked. Also the centre instrument cluster is locked, no ability to toggle through the menus.

Of course I go let my service advisor know but by then all technicians have gone home. SA tries to unhook battery & remove radio fuse but nothing works and they tell me I'll have to come back Monday to get it checked.

Anyone ever seen this message before or know what the fix is?

sounds like touchscreen calibration...usually there is an arrow or marker pointing to a series of touch points to finish it

No it's actually completely locked. No arrow or touch points. Touchscreen doesn't work at all
