20x10.5 20mm offset front
20x11.5 48mm offset rear
I think your 48mm offset will cause your tires to rub on the liner. I know I use Forgestar F14 rims with 44mm offset and my 305/45/17 barely clear the inner liner. I moved the wiring harness for safety.

I have Polished MRR FSO5 and Drift R wheels.
Both are 20x10 (+20 offset) and 20x11 (+43 offset)
I am running 295/30/20 and 325/30/20 SC2 on the MRR with ZERO issues.

The liner is no problem, but of course I want to ensure proper fender and suspension clearance, plus wheel-size.com says that'll make the scrub radius negative 7, which is suboptimal for the ride, but I guess I'll have to try and see
You should have no problems with that set up. I would still move the wire in board. Just for peace of mind.

If I do need to run a spacer to push the wheel out. What is the max recommended safe thickness before needing longer studs?

Picking up a friends OEM zl1 1le's today 19x11 ET11mm 19x12 ET41MM..

Gonna run the 295 25 30 up front from the ACR viper kumho v720 track tire $180.00ea
Rear I will take off the 345 30 19 R88Rs and through them on the zl1 1le oem 12 inch rim right now they are on the Mrr reproductions.

Probably go with something quieter and less expensive to replace than the R888Rs for daily driving...

Had good luck with the PS91 kumho on the SS quite and good wet traction and dry traction!

You need something that can hold the eforce! gotswap!

Tell me about it, the 980A/S are great in the weather but they don't like the power

I am really leaning to the new Advan tires

Following to see if this MASSIVE 2.34" tire diameter difference renders your car unmovable or not.

With 295/25 fronts? That's what I'm concerned with, the F/R diameter difference.

Now that I have seen and tried things, I'd say 5 mm is the absolute max, it leaves 8 threads engaged with the OE studs.

A 295/25/19 is a very thin/short tire. Not sure why you would want that?
