SOS BROKEN DOWN m6 TRANSMISSION SHOT

SOS

I am broken down at the locations below. My m6 suddenly locked and forced the car to an immediate stop. The only way to move the vehicle is to push start it with the clutch pedal pushed down.

I need a tow to the shop in the area and perhaps a new transmission.

The number to call 606-495-1060 ask for James

I am back on the road. James Jennings was able to help me with the towing and replacement of the transmission at his personal shop a few miles down the road from the point of break down. Turns out mine had less than a cup of fluid in it although we found zero signs of leaks! Luckily I was driving down a country road at less than 30mph when the entire car came to a grinding halt. Mr. Jennings, a big Camaro restorer, explained to me that the squealing and whining noise I was hearing was a tell tale sign of an approaching failure. I rented an Impala and drove out to Phoenix Arizona where I purchased a lightly used transmission.

Check your fluids people!
